Delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail according to the following timescales:

• U.K. Delivery 2-4 working days (Free)
• USA delivery 3-5 working days
• Rest of the world delivery 5-7 working days

Returns

If for any reason you're unhappy with your jumper, we will happily refund or exchange it as long as it's still in a re-saleable condition - unworn and free of dirt, dust, bad odours, etc.)

Returns should be made within 14 days of your purchase.

If your item is defective, we will cover the cost of return postage.
